Looks like a 427cid, 390hp, M21 4spd, 3:36 ratio convertible with standard vinyl trim, and hardtop, AM-FM radio with probably either power steering, brakes maybe.

Hello Bill,
Warren has called the options correct. The Chevrolet zone and dealer 39-029 some where in state of AZ, NM, NV, or TX. The VIN is a early 1969 production in October or November 1968.
What is the info on the trim tag and the VIN?

The trim tag is P22 date 990 color and ZQ4 trim

I see the dealer codes as 19-019.

Hello Bill,
The tank sheet Date Recieved (year/month/day) 69/10/08, Exp. Date of Prod. 00/00/00. The order started October 8,1969 and body assembled November 22,1969.
The states with Zone Number 19 are ID, OR, & WA.
