    Wheel dating

Tying to decifer some past posts but I guess I am confused or I am too tired. Looking for wheels for a Feb 67 build date car. Realize they don't necessary have to be dated Feb 67 to work. First of all is this stuff in any of the reference books and I just haven't come too it yet? Is dating on the inside or outside of wheel? When I find it will it be digits or combination of letter code and digits. Seems like both. Pretty sure I understood that part. If letters do they follow the coding of other parts? What is the DC on front of wheel by the valve in a picture I saw here recently - part of date code? Thanks for your patience.

There will be an oval mark inside the wheel on the edge of the drop center that will have the date. Not readable on the outside with the tire mounted.
