I have a 1966 corvette with a powerglide transmission.I now have the trans.out for a rebuild but I have not found a Vin # stamped into the case like the manual trans.Was the Vin# stamped into trans case of powerglides if so were The transmission production code is on the Pass. side of oil pan and matches my Protect O plate I would like to know if this is right or just the right pan Thanks
