    63 Door Lock Cylinders

Can anybody tell me if the door lock cylinders on a 63 coupe are interchangeable between the driver and passenger doors? The driver's door lock in my 63 coupe is keyed correctly but is upside down. I am finally going to get ambitious and try to turn it around but am wondering if it is a passenger door cylinder that had to be installed that way to make it work in the driver's door.

No the door lock cylinders are not interchangable. The tab at the rear of the cylinder, that the locking rod fits in, faces forward so there are two different lock cylinders, part number 3784553-4.
