FI Air Hose Connections

Is there a secret to installing the hose from the air cleaner to the FI unit that allows the hose to be removed later to change filters? The hoses I have used before are made with a friction tape type material and bond to the metal parts in short order. I have not found a non-destructive way to remove these hoses.

I have the same problem but have been able to remove carefully with no damage. Perhaps you could put some type of lubricant on the metal before installing hose. Don H.
