257 Dash bulb

Can someone give me the GM or Delco number for the 257 flasher bulb for mid year dashes?

I'm not sure you'll find it at GM/Chevy, but it IS stocked by NAPA... Some stores may not have a shelf position of inventory, but they can have the lamps quickly from their local warehouse...

My NAPA sells Wagner brand. I have 2 boxes of them and they do not work. The GE brand works but can't find them locally. Long Island sells them but can't wait for them. Hoping to find the GM number if available. Thanks Jack.

Ken, check one of the lighting stores that carry all kinds of light bulbs. That's where I bought a stock of them 5 or 6 years ago. Gary....

I just found and bought the last 12 of them in the country at a dealer out west! $2.14 each.

I met a guy last night at a local cruise who told me that this bulb is the same as the ones used in old pinball games, and are still available from the suppliers of pinball machine parts. He ownes a C1 also. Don't know...maybe someone who is also into pinball games can comment.
