Originally known as GM #3849698, the spring was later replaced by GM #12337938. That's also been discontinued, but I'm sure there are still plenty around. Most folks usually just replace the whole fork rather than deal with setting the rivet, so I don't expect that GM never sold a whole lot of these springs.
Your local GM dealer should be able to locate one for you and obtain it from another dealer. This is a part worth only a few bucks, so the dealer might just want you to deal direct with the other dealer. There may even be one available from a dealer right near where you live.
