I am trying to "restore" my garage as well as my 65 roadster. I have a 50 year old Kendall Oil neon 24 inch diameter "spinner" clock that needs restored. Anyone have any suggestions regarding a company or individual who can provide restoration services ? This might require hand painting of the face of the clock. The primary concern is the clock face - will there be any vendors of this type at Carlisle. I will be walking the aisles Friday and Saturday.

Re: Not a Corvette clock question
I can't say about the face, but if you're in need of having the neon repaired (broken tube/transformer), I can recommend John Gray of Gray's Memorabilia (in Lancaster, PA--about 25 miles or so from Carlisle). John normally sets his trailer display up behind one of the "barn" buildings at Carlisle--not far from the grandstand, and primarily sells beer signs, neons and reproduction items, but as I found out some years back, is also able to repair neon. He bent new tubes and refilled them for a two-colour Coors Beer sign of my wife's that the movers had broken, and only charged $80!! Considering the sign cost about $275, I thought that was more than reasonable.
Good luck!
