205/75-15 radials will work fine. If you experience issues with the wheel covers rotating on the wheels after mounting the radials, have steel valve stems installed.

What a beauty. My '57 never looked that good, hopefully my '58 will come close.
One more question - Do you really get better handling and ride with radials ?

Mine are 215x75Rx15 having 5in wide wire wheels, They look great ride great fit great and steering is great , I've driven many C1's and many ride and steer lousy , I think they are assembled wrong , steering box adjusted wrong or alignment is bad. But our 55 is a pleasure to drive and is better using Radial tires. We have put over 100,000 mile on the 55 after I restored it 26 years a go and it has the original engine.

I also added a booster that will put you through the windshield for $150.00 using the original brakes and drums.
