    C1 Hardtop Window restoration

Anyone know how to remove the fine scraches that remain after sanding and polishing a hardtop plastic window? I started with 400 wet/dry and went all the way thru 12000 grit paper and followed with the liquid polish provided in the window kit. I now have more fine scraches than when I started.

Sorry to hear that ,but on my bubble top I use 1500 WET paper then finish it off using a power buffer (like doing a paint job ,run the motor at haft speed) and 3M foam polishing Pad Glaze Part no. 05995, . I don't use no after market kit , just go to my paint store .

I'm the one for many many years told Corvette guys how and what to use for their plastic windows or any plastic part and still get that look!
