Major engine component(s) weight

Hi all!

I was wondering if any of you can tell me where I can find the weights for
big block Mark IV major engine components. I've been on-line trying to find
this information with little success.

Examples would be:

cast iron block
ZL-1 block
cast iron heads
aluminum heads
cast iron intake
aluminum intake
cast iron crankshaft
forged crankshaft ( would the weight be significantly different ? )
connecting rods
pistons

Assembled weight for Mark IV SHP
Assembled weight for Mark IV low horse
Assembled weight for ZL-1

cast iron block 270#,ZL-1 block 110#, assy weight for a ZL-1 500#,closed chamber pistons 700 grams,open chamber pistons 660 grams

I have several factory LS-6 engine components. 3946074 heads assembled minus rocker arms & nuts, but with guide plates..35lbs each. 3963569 intake with oil splash shield and staked carburetor studs and both threaded water hose nipples...12lbs.
