1969 t-top storage bags

Thanks for the replies to my post. I apologize for not responding sooner but was trying (unsucessfully) to obtain more info at Corvettes at Carlise. First,my bag has metal snaps NOT velcro. The stampings are very clear the "7" is well defined thus the "/" is most probably an imperfect attempt to make a 7. I don't have any idea about how or when in the process the stampings were made. Also, a strap with a metal snap is attached to the bag's flap. Just wondering if my bags apparent rarity is connected to the April/June 1969 plant shutdown?

I checked my bags for my '69. They are snaps, not velco. My build date Jan. '69. I don't have dates in mine. I cannot say for sure they are original, but they were with the car when I acquired it in 1974, so it seems likely.

T-Top bags are definitely original to my January 1969 Corvette and may have been used twice according to the previous (original) owner. Bags have 2 velcro strips each and dates are very clear - see photo below.
