A coworker has a 1960 Corvette with the 283 and powerglide transmission he wanted to know what method of transmission cooling was used from the factory?
It is my understanding that there was no transmission cooling from the factory. I aske Roy Braatz the same question via email last week, he advised me no cooloing was provided.
No C1 PG had a cooling system , Corvettes were to light and the PG being a cast iron unit dissipated the heat vary well. If you have the original radiator you don't see any fittings for lines.
