396 convertible on ebay

Is anyone familiar with the Red/Red 1965 396 convertible offered for sale on ebay? It is vin#13160 and the owners says he has the original widow sticker. I would think with that vin it has to be very close to the begining of L78 production. Side exhaust has been added but the knockoffs sre supposed to be original. Looks like a nice car.

I find it interesting that none of the truly unique features including the Pad, and the Carburetor are shown in any detail, and the vaunted window sticker is available "by request" only. Let the Buyer beware!

Find out if the trim tag is an AO Smith tag of 3 digits - if it is .....

I have 12201 & 12584 on my list. 12201 was listed as a bowtie car in 1997. 12584 I dont have any info on other than the vin....Bill
