Help please looking to buy 93 LT-1 Hatchback 6speed with 38k miles
need guidance on what to look for and what to expect for future problems?

One thing you can check at a GM dealership, take the VIN and have them pull up what is in GM's computer data base on the car. The miles are low for a 93, check that the correct anti-freeze is in the car. Don't know about the earlier models, my 96 owners manual states to put a supplement in the coolant system whenever the coolant is changed. Change the brake fluid, change the clutch master cylinder fluid, and if you change the transmission lubricant, use what is recommended in the owners manual. The 6-speed is an expensive transmission. The computer read out in my 96 LT-4 has shown 30MPG on a road trip.
