    Condenser

    Just about through with rerstoring our 75 coupand have a question, bolted to the intake is a condenser with two leads out of it, think maybe its tach related not sure. What does it do and where can i find one, one end is broke off flush with the condenser

    The part of which you speak is the tachometer filter assembly used with 1975-82 Corvette electronic tachometers. Originally, it was GM #348784. Later, that part number was superceded, but both parts have been discontinued for quite some time. As far as I know, this part is not reproduced.

      Take it to a good electonic repair shop that can measure the capaitance with a wheatstone bridge. They will come up with a suitable replacement that will be functionally correct.
