Another run of the mill 427

Bet it hasn't seen the road in 30 years. Got bored in flipping through the pictures.

    327's forever.

Exactly what I was thinking...particularly risky if you are a PAID consultant. It's not worth it in my opinion. I believe Pontius Pilate said "What is truth?"...in the courtroom, truth is gray, rather than black and white, and right/wrong can be stood on it's head.

                  Is that???

Is this Arnold Greene old car? He works for Fed EX and I remember him having a car like this restored by the Nabors?

If one looks at the back of the Flight Judging certificate they will see the following disclaimer. "NCRS does NOT certify or in any other way attest to the originality of any car receiving ANY NCRS judging award. NCRS judging awards represent the opinions of volunteer judges on a given date as they and understand and interpret the standards, which may or may not be correct. Any subsequent purchaser, observer, or judge should evaluate such car ONLY on the basis of their own knowledge and opinion and WITHOUT RELIANCE ON ANY NCRS JUDGING AWARD"

what if for a fee he tells a buyer that the car

is a fake and the seller can prove that the car is real???? what dick posted could be true about the NCRS standing in this but if a NCRS expert does this for a fee i think this leaves him open to a law suit

Righto Dick, I totally agree. This car seems to ring a bell with all the aclaimed people judging, Corvette Mike selling it to a "well known" individual, yada, yada. Wasn't it previously for sale on ebay not so long ago??? Wonder if it is the same owner or another dreamer?

                          Remember this thread, and

the talk of law suits the next time someone posts here wanting a person to check out a distant car for them. That is the other side of this discussion. We can't have it both ways.

                            True.

I took a look at a car for someone a couple of months ago, and gave the buyer my opinion. But, I informed he and the seller that it was nothing more than my opinion, and the information was theirs to do with as they wished.
