    1960 fiberglass question

What are the potential fiberglass trouble areas if a 1960 has been on the road as a “driver” for many years without front bumpers? i.e. the left front and right front fiberglass corners are not secured in position by being sandwiched between the bumper and the bumper support bracket via the hard rubber spacers?

It should not be a problem but check to see if the lower valance is still bonded and tight.

The entire front end is supported by the inner fenders being bolted to the radiator support with two bolts on each side. Bumpers/braces/bolts don't give any support--just a tiny bit of direction with the outer bolts to the front corners.
