C1 seat removal

Do I have to remove the seat back before removing the base for seat removal.

bottom lifts out first. grab the front underside of the bottom cushion, lift up then pull foreward. mike

Mike do I have to unbolt the frame or just remove the bottom cushion by your method

If you are working on a '60 or older just grab the front of the base and lift, you do not have the remove any bolts. If you are working on a '61 or '62 you will need to unbolt it.

Thanks kent and everyone else. I installed the seats 7 years ago and couldn't recall how. I just looked in Nolands book and it came back to me. I guess I was confusing it with my 68.
