    Cap is not removed and window is not opened during judging.

    Well, not to be different

    but my window was raised during Flight judging, looking for the hex adjusting button.

      When was that? My window hasn't been touched in years. The decision to not remove the battery caps on the batteries may also have been made.

          That is exactly what they were looking for. This was at the Atlanta Regional 4-5 years ago. I have no issue with raising the window to look for the RFI shielding. I also have no issue with someone wanting to put an aftermarket ignition system in their car, provided that the appropriate deduction is made.
