Can someone help in the inturpretation of the attached photo of a date code?

D20..would be April 20th..but I cannot read the last digit or two for the year. Is it 57, 67, 7 ?

Also what is the casting# on the top left side of the block.

The spacing looks like it is wide enough for teo digits, is it a tonawanda block? Is the plug present for the oil gallery in the front of the block near the stanp pad? if not, Tonawanda vintage.

Casting number is 3959512
Engine is in a 1962 vette and is a replacement engine.

Additional thoughts.
The engine is a 327
casting number is 3959512
327s were built from 1962 - 1969
My thought is date code is April 20, 1967

Agree / Disagree??, other thoughts
