Just recieved my Driveline. Sorry to hear of Bobs passing. About 4 years ago both he Chuck Jordan, Chip Miller and Noland Adams were extremly helpful on documenting my 64 Corvette GM Styling car. Bob loved to talk Western lifestyle, and his wealth of knowledge was immeasurable. Lets hope St. Peter has a "White Mule" waiting. So Bob you wanna drive thru these gates? Vi Con dios.

Re: Bob Clift R.I.P.
I spoke to Gib Hufstader last weekend at Funfest and he told me about Bob Clift's passing.
I talked to Bob several times about the early days of racing and he was very helpful.
Bob..was one of very few in the Duntov group that had the signature power to write Engineering Work Orders...allocating cars and parts to key participants in the Chevrolet/Corvette race program.
Bob will be missed.
Best regards to his family.

Re: Bob Clift R.I.P.
I met Bob at the SACE (now SACC) National Convention at Springfield, Illinois in 1991. I was rather new to the Corvette hobby and didn't know who he was or what his background was. He was a very friendly, humble guy who enjoyed talking about the early days of Corvette development. It was only later that I read about his accomplishments and realized what a wealth of experience he had.- Top
