1967 Marina Blue with red Interior. It possible?

Can anyone tell me if my interpretations are right:
    These are the Plate Numbers
    VIN# 194377S111810
    Style G24 67 437 S3806
    Trim 407 CJ 976AA

Yes; COPO or interior trim over-ride

Marina Blue coupe. All your numbers seem to match for Red vinyl with A31, A82, and M35. (no A85). Feb 24th trim tag date; S-body. End of month production was 7S112264.

There's always a few super-patriots who order red-white-blue cars (usually the convertible top is white in such cases, for 1967.

You can't tell from the VIN/Trim tags...they weren't 'intelligent' in that era to identify the car's power plant. You either 'forensically' determine the car's factory original engine configuration (look at other tell tale evidence about the car that varied with the engine), you drop the gas tank and find a copy of the orignal factory build sheet ('67 and later cars), or you research back in time finding the prior owners and collect affidavits from them to document the car's original configuration.

There are drawbacks with all three approaches:

        (1) The car may have been raced, wrecked and pieced back together rendering the forensic method questionable (parts from other cars are present leading to the wrong conclusion).

        (2) The tank sticker may be illegible or missing. Worse yet, there NO VIN NUMBER on tank stickers, so how are you to prove that particular gas tank really is the car's factory original?

        (3) Most people are honest, but what if you encounter people in the prior owner chain who knowingly or unknowingly (see 1 and 2 above) changed the car's original configuration?

Welcome to the world of Corvettes!
