C1 Trunk Lid Lock

What is the correct distance for the key to turn to open the trunk, 90 degrees or more than 90? Thanks, Jimmy

on my 57 I just need to turn the key about 3 or 4 o'clock to have it pop open assuming your lock is straight up

1960 trunk - 3 O'clock position for mine.
