C3 Wheel Dates?

I was wondering if the six month rule applies also to wheel dates for NCRS judging? I have wheel dates on my April 71 car as follows, K16 5, K16 11, K16 12 and K19 8. I assume that three of these are dates of 1976 and the fourth is maybe a Aug of 1969 or maybe a 1979. They all have the AZ code on them as well. Am I reading these correct or do they read differently?

At this time I know of no judge taking a deduction for the road wheels on sharks but some have said they can read them so don't be suprised by anything. As the saying goes each year the judges get better and I guess the cars get worse.I heard a good one at a meet and this is a quote. Their is a 3% error factor between judges and thats all you can lose to get a Duntov but he had no information on how he came up with the 3%.The spare dates are judged.
