How can I run direct power to my windshield wiper motor to see if it is good. It will not turn on. Vacume lines are not hooked up yet.

Cal by your profile you have 5 corvettes not 4 a 61 69 72 73 90. I would check to see if your getting power first,or maybe a bad ground esp if its the 61 your working on Phil 8063,

If this is one of your Shark cars...

the wiper motor won't turn on until the wiper door is fully open and it's closed the micro-switch that allows power to route to the wiper motor... Without vacuum, you have to open the wiper door manually + you need to make sure the wiper motor over-ride switch (beneath the steering column) hasn't been left in the 'service' position (turns power to the motor OFF to assist with wiper blade change out).
