Big block ac car. i have 2 windshield washer bags, 1 with long neck and 1 with short forgot which one went on car?

Mike does the extension tube with cap get pushed back under fender? Or how does it go. sitting in my car now seem to sit high would hit hood if i shut. does anyone have a photo of that area for reference
