Need motor rebuilt in So.Ca.

Hello,
Well its time , after 87,000+ miles and years just parked. My 67 Corvette 327/300hp needs a little attention.
I would like to get recommendations of quality engine rebuilders that are sensitive to NCRS and will not distroy my engine pad. I am in Southern Ca.

Where are you located?
The little local machine shop did most of the work for me (South Bay Auto Machine) They did not damage anything, and they are very familar and sensitve to restoration needs in my experiences with them.

They are in Chula Vista, CA.

if you are going to do the assy. yourself and only need machine work, give performance macnine in pomona a call 909-629-3620---note, the owner of the shop is planning on retiring and his block machinist will be moving back to new zealand next summer---they are high end performance machine shop but down to earth people and prices---they have done 20+ motors stock to full race for me over the years with zero issues---if you need the engine done as a complete give jim vangordon @ vangordon racing in upland a call @ 909-946-5991 he will build your 327 to some very respectable horse power---while maintaing all the stock characteristics you would want in a vintage vet---good luck
