72 shoulder belt questions

Have a 72BB conv. should the seat belts dated (29 c 72) C-15 match the shoulder belt date. I know its an option on verts and is dated. (38 B 71) C-24? Bought car from family that owned car since 75. My coupe had all 4 belts date coded.

What is the build date of the car? The seat belts were made 29th week of 1972 and are the second design, which began sometime in December 1971. Model C 24 shoulder belts were used until around January 1972. Yours were made 38th week of 1971. Both belts do not have to be the same, but they should be within six months prior to the build date. One of these seems to be out of the norm depending on the date of the car.

reba thanks for response. car build date was june 27th so i'm think seat belts must of been replaced and same with shoulder belts. i've just started looking into getting buzzer working which got me looking into dates.
