    C2:67 Shocks on ebay- Crazy

Take a look at this one with 16 bids:

If it is too long to just click on, copy and paste it to the address at the top.

And one is even broken. The fronts are dated too early for my car, so I guess I'll stick with my cheap gas shocks

    Jerry,
That puts a smile on my face. I guess my original early 66 fronts are worth about $750.00 each. I cant wait to see how high the bidding goes on this fine offering. Bill

What would be the price per point for these shocks?? I like to call it 'buying car show points'. Geee- I always thought one could paint replacement shocks gray and get some point credit.

        And yours are not broken

Got a kick out of "they can be fixed". Just wondering how one would put a stud at the end of shock shaft. Crazy glue or JB weld?

        Have fun watching this one.

I've spent way too much for some NOS parts that I really liked over the years but shock absorbers are definitely not among these items. I wouldn't even pay $200. for a set like this.

Wonder if the bidding is real? Looks like the same two guys are doing most of the bidding.

Wonder how the end of that particular shock was broken off? .. The "I didn't notice it" excuse is pretty lame! .. Approaching 3K and reserve still not met? ..

              Jerry,

OMIGOD, such a deal!!! Why, even though that broken pilot on the stud is only cosmetic, and has no effect on functionality, it can easily be doctored with some crazy glue and a donor pilot. Think I'll bid on 'em, doctor 'em up, and then sell 'em to the Smithsonian.
