Give Tom Keen a call at Keen Parts. I believe that he has the oil pan and maybe what else you need

Mario, I see these parts on ebay quite a bit. The oil pans are really getting pricey. Refer to some old posts on the exacting detail of the pans if you are worried about originality. Good original finned balancers are not easy to find. I strongly suggest you use a stock oil pump. Read the posts on the proper oil to use also. John- Top

Re: 63 327 fulie motor
Mario-----
The pan originally installed on your engine was GM #3820001. This is a "6 quart" oil pan which has the "long" sump. It was discontinued in about 1976 and replaced by pan kit GM #359942. This pan is virtually identical except that it has a slightly larger oil pan front seal radius to accomodate the 75+ style oil pan gasket. The difference is virtyally indiscernable when the pan is mounted on the engine (it's hard enough to tell the difference with the pan off the engine).
Unfortunately, the 359942 oil pan was discontinued about 12 years ago and is not currently reproduced. NOS examples of this pan consistently sell on eBay for in the range of $500-750. Used examples sell for $300-500.
The oil pick-up screen for your application is still available from GM. The same pick-up screen was used for ALL 1963-74 Corvette small blocks, regardless of whether they were equipped with the "5 quart" or the "6 quart" oil pan. This creen is NOT the same as the screen used for most other Chevrolet small blocks, though; like the pan, it is Corvette-only.
Your engine may have been originally equipped with either a standard pressure or high pressure oil pump, depending upon when it was built. I believe that cars originally equipped with engines with the high pressure pump had 80 pound max oil gauges and those with standard pressure pumps were equipped with 60 pound max gauges. I don't know, though, if this is an absolutely "hard-and-fast" rule.
Anyway, regardless of what pump it was originally built with, you can use either now. However, if it has the 60 lb gauge and you use the high pressure pump you may "peg" the gauge on cold start-up. My recommendation would be to use the standard pressure pump.
You can purchase a GM pump or you can use the Melling M55 (standard pressure) or Melling M-55HP (high pressure). The ONLY difference between the standard and high pressure pumps is the pressure relief spring.
DO NOT use a high volume pump. NO Chevrolet PRODUCTION small block was ever fitted with a high volume oil pump no matter what anyone tells you.In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top
