What is the acceptable screw that goes through the door panel at the back end of the door panel? Is it a kick panel screw? Radio side panel screw? I have seen both installed.

It's actually a screw with a shallow cone-shaped washer that goes with it. The screw itself is similar to the screws that attach the halo to the inside top of a coupe. I think it is a screw type that is used commonly with 67 interior applications. What's unusual is the washer that goes with it. I reused my originals from the survivor that I restored.
