Travis, I believe those mounting studs are welded into the wiper motor reinforcement plate which is riveted to the firewall...See Item 9 on AIM UPC 1, page A13. A cursory search of a couple vendors didn't turn up either the reinforcement or replacement studs.
I'm afraid your options are limited in this case; you can drill the stud portion out of the reinforcement, but the original flat head of the stud will remain. You could use a machine bolt in the drilled hole...roughing up the original flat head, and using little JBWeld might make wiper motor installation easier.
Alone, the machine bolt head would not appear original, but frankly, I doubt that anyone will see it under the wiper door and grille unless they are looking for it. Judicious application of a "smear of water proofing" over the bolt head might also make detection more difficult.
