66 Warning lights

I lost plenty of points during my opps check on my 66 SB because the headlamp warning light doesn't light up. I know this can be fixed with a new bulb (if I can get my hand up behind the cluster). But, I also lost points because the parking brake light didn't flash. It lights up, but doesn't flash. How do I go about solving that problem?

Rob,

They are both special blinking bulbs. They make-break is a similar way as the flasher can.
