Can some one please tell me the difference between PO1's and PO2's. I know that PO1's came out on 68's, but what is the actual difference.

Tom------
The only difference that I know of is the change in the RPO code. As far as I know, the wheel covers are the same. They definitely had the same part number throughout the 68-74 period. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: PO1's
Tom, From what I've read, mostly in Rick Bizocco's book, indicates PO1 wheelcovers center chrome ring did not project out, or was not as pronounced, as on PO2's. Others may enhance this information or dispute it altogether. As Joe mentions, their part numbers remained the same.

Re: PO1's
As stated there are some differences one is the center cap is smaller or the hub is larger causing the lip change and also the turbine fins as they end at the center are pointed rather then squared off on the PO2. There maybe more but thats all I have noticed. Paul- Top
