1. Recently found that Harrison is manufacturing A/C compressors again of the type used in Corvettes and other GM cars. They are as before in configuration but expensive, $700+ 2. Romeo manufacturing, the same as advertises in the Driveline for carpeting is making wood replacements for the inserts in the Deluxe interior door panels. 3. Paragon now offers day-night mirror glass only for 67/73 interior mirrors @ $40 Hope this is of some help to fellow members and thank you to everyone who responded to my posts with help and suggestions.

Re: Points Of Interest
Hi Bill:
Just before this board went down I had attempted to post a response to your question regarding the refinishing of the original wood door panel inserts. I have been building veneer and hardwood furniture for years and have had considerable luck restoring these panels using currently available micro finishing papers in 1000 - 2000 grit . Even given the thin nature of this veneer it is still much thicker than those available today. Sand the raised grain, seal with furniture lacquer or urethane, ( if you use Urethane you have the advantage of using a marine grade), wait as long as a couple of weeks for it to thoroughly dry and wet sand to the gloss you desire. Good Luck
