Hood Support Bracket on Fenderwell

Dear Board Members,

My Question is should the final finish on a Big Block fenderwell Hood support Bracket, mounted on the Drivers side Inner Fender with 1-rivet (Rivet blacked out or not?), be blacked out, in the engine compartment and the fenderwell area, or should it be silver in finish along with it's mounting bolts. Also should the Windshield Bottle bracket rivets also, should they be blacked out on both sides or not. The year is 67,427/435.

All reinforcement plates were in place prior to blackout/undercoating.
