    Thermostat Housing

Could someone tell me if this is the correct thermostat housing for a 65 327/350hp. The numbers on it are on the side just above the bolt hole and not on the top. There is a 21 then below it are the nubbers 3705018 , the last number may be a 5. On the other side there is a 21 and below it is GM. This housing dosen't look correct for this engine. Thanks Mike

    Re: Thermostat Housing

Mike, I don't believe it's right; Should be cast iron, painted silver, part # 3827370 across the top. The housing is attached with hex nut,no lock washer, on a stud in the intake manifold or base plate rather than bolts. Bob
