Joe! did your write it? I had a guy a couple of months ago send pic. Of that top he came by and has , it's broken and wonted to know if I could fix it ,"No" . I see it has the same GM accessory wire wheels .If you did write about it , still looking to get a bubble top and mine fit good . I've only sold 10 so fare and don't think I'll sell them for much longer, they are a pain in the ass to make. Wish I could make the wire wheels ,they bring 4K if you could ever find a set

Roy ..I wrote that article 22 years ago..which does not seem possible. I was looking through some of my stuff yesterday and came across the restorer it was in.

And..to my surprise..I also found the original photograph of the car that was sent to me by the owners son...way back when.

After going through some of the older Restorer's I have to say ..Job well done.. it has been an excellant publication for 30 years. I doubt the real people responsible for doing such a good job for so long..have ever received proper credit.

New members would be well served by reading old issues and old members could rekindle their enthusiasm.

            Roy..that deserves a WOWEE!!!

One day soon when I restore the George Moore/Eb Rose Black Widow 54..your top would be a nice crowning touch.

Should help bring about a Half Million for the car at BJ.

You see..there are people still out here that enjoy the early cars..and the cars get better looking everyday!

I will drag you and Mikie..the 1957 Black Widow engine, prototype 4-spd and 411 rear end should make me competitive.

              Re: Roy..that deserves a WOWEE!!!

Any 55 is competitive they are so rare to see or own it makes them all the same in my eyes. One might be nicer then an other but there are fewer 55's then 53's left.
