Useable C2 Jack?

I'm looking for recommendations regarding a practical and useable jack to carry in my '67. I don't trust the original style and have not found a sturdy yet compact jack that will fit in the storage compartment. I would appreciate any and all advice especially model, style, source etc.

Tom, Have a look at the 69 jack. It's more rugged and a little bigger but will fit in there.

I carry an off-the-shelf 'bottle' jack in my '71 to use in lieu of the factory original. I've used it twice and it worked well. These are pretty cheap at WalMart, Etc...

Tom,

Most C3 jacks are beefier looking, but how well "they fit" is debatable. On a diagonal all C3 and their service replacement Corvette jacks will fit in the space, but I honestly cannot recall for sure if any fit flat, like the stock 63-67 jacks fit. Perhaps the 68, 69 fit flat, but for sure later ones fit, but only diagonally.
