66 A/C Center vent bezel

I want to confirm that the "Center Vent Bezel" is always painted Semi-flat
black on all interior colors , and not the same color as dash.
I know thats what the JG says but I want to make sure.

I took it off so long ago, and stripped the paint that I cant remember it !
If I relied on memory though , I would swear it matched my Laguna blue dash.

Sucks getting old !

I already took Page's word for it and painted it semi gloss black . However I thank you for the back up vote !
