Depending on the model year there were numerous articles in the Corvette Restorer
concerning Holley date coding .

Holley date codes - prior to 1972 (?) they use a three digit date code: year-month-week of month, with 0 = Oct, A = Nov and B = Dec. 72 and beyond, four digits total, first three julian date (001-365) followed by single digit for year.
