Any old vintage road racers out there

I have a 64 Corvette that Ed lowthar race in the early seventies. He raced it in the east. I have race results and log book information that showed it crashed at Pocono in 1972. Eds son also raced this car. The number on the car was 71. It was originally fawn beigh and raced in nassua blue and white. It's a convertable with the windshield cut down. I race it now painted black with a red stripe. Does anyone who used to road race with or against Ed lowthar remember this car? I'm trying to put together this cars history. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Jerry

Pretty sure that's the car that Bill Morrison owned about 15 or 20 years ago? He probably has some history on it. Lives in a northern Chicago suburb and had a listed phone # the last I knew.

Yes Bill Morrison did own this car. He sold it to a Doctor Jarett. Who I purshased it from about 11 years ago. I have log books and a leter from Ed Lowthar regarding this car. I'm looking for ant other photos or stories from the early 70s or late sixties on this car.
