    C2: Need 2nd Opinion... Clem

A friend is rebuilding the FI 327 in his Corvette for normal street driving. He found a new set of older 11.0 Forged pistons that have the typical thin 1/16" 1/16" 1/8" ring grooves used on racing pistons. Do you see any problem using these on the street? Car may see 10,000 miles or more. I see no reason why they wouldn't work well but just wanted another opinion. Thanks.

Ok, thanks Clem. Just wanted to make sure. Never hurts to have a 2nd opinion, especially for parts that are way down inside the motor.
