      The four knobs in the center area just above the radio for the radio controls and heating are silver background (chrome) with black lettering.
      This is what's on a Mar64 St. Louis built car.

          Thanks Alan.

          However there are 2 versions with chrome background and black lettering.
          See attached picture. The complete chrome ones are advertised as '65-67 ones, the black/chrome version as 64 ones. However I have the complete chromes on my '64. So which one it should be?

              Black is correct for 64.

                  Yes, the black/chrome.
                  Sorry for taking too much time. The black/chrome are on my 64, 14,xxx, and a friends 64, 20,xxx. Not sure if a change over took place in 64/65 so just gave you the info I have. (Both original cars)
