There was a GM casting #3866948, which is probably what you're talking about. It was used for 1966-67 Corvette L-36 as well as 325, 350, and 360 hp engines used in 65-67 passenger cars, Chevelles, and Camaros. It's a cast iron manifold with a square bore (Holley) flange.
