I cried when I heard it , I was in the Army over seas in battle in 66 and had a friend that also had a new 66 Corvette , we got separated by time and don't know what happened to him , thanks so much brings back good and bad times
Fitting Video for Veterans Day! Thanks! My Andrew Malone was a 19 year old Army Specialist named Charlie Kiaser. Charlie was killed during Helo flight training in 1965. Hot Rodder and great car guy. Rest in Peace Charlie! Al W.
Man....that was a very moving video.......that 66 427/390 is exactly the same as mine in every detail. I'll be thinking of Andrew Malone the next time I drive that car......thanks for posting Gary.

As a young Marine student pilot in Pensacola in 1972, there were opportunities to buy cars from relatives of those who weren't coming home. Then I found it difficult to buy from someone elses misery and probably some under lying superstition. I bought a new 72 Vette and still have it today. Yet,,, seeing that video now, shows that dreams of those who didn't come home live on today!
