    Brake Calipers '66

I am under the impression that a 66 would have the 1st design calipers on it. But from what I am told, the number for the front calipers in the JM is the second design. (795&796) What is the correct casting number for my car? I guess what I need to know is what do I need to do to get the points?

    Thanks

    Jeremy,

The brake caliper casting numbers in the latest edition of the 66 TIM&JG are indeed incorrect. They were correct in the previous edition. So much for reducing the number of mistakes with each edition.

    The correct casting numbers are:

    fr. outer 5465952

    fr. inner 5465954

    rr. outer 5465905

    rr. inner 5465902

    Gary

If by 'points' your talking about 'flight judging points', you maight want to know that brake caliper casting numbers are not judged .
