    Registry update...

    Hi all,

Since I've started the C1 Registry three and a half year ago I've been developing it further and have been adding more features to the site. Later we (Mike Westenberg and myself) added the C2 and C3 Registry as well to service the car owners of these magnificient cars as well.

We have tried to transform the site into a portal of information about those series of cars by adding (vintage) articles, ads and download items. I think by doing this we have setup the largest collection of on-line vintage Corvette related items in the world!

We would like to know if you would like to see any additions of have any comments on using the site. If so please let us know so we can keep on improving these sites!!!

Please note the sites are (and will stay) completely non-commercial and free-of-charge and we see them as a contribution to sharing knowledge and information to our visitors (which we believe is in line with the NCRS goals). We are very fond of the NCRS and promoting this organisation as much as we can (or are allowed to).

    with kind regards,
    Rob Musquetier & Mike Westenberg

      Re: Registry update...

When I was doing some brake line research recently on late 1966 Corvettes, I was able to contact many owners by using not only the owner names and email addresses but the search and mail features as well. There was a narrow range of VINs I wanted to research and the C2Registry gave me tools to help.

      Thanks for that, Tim

And don't forget the Supplier Rating system which is added to the sites recently to setup some sort of feedback system for Corvette Parts and Services suppliers...

        greetings,
        Rob.

            Hi Peter,

There is a mail Password option on the left panel enabling you to send your account crudentials using you email or previous created login name.

            greetings,
            Rob.

Rob, since all 63 cars had St. Louis bodies, hows about doing a mass change so they all reflect St. Louis built as opposed to unknown.

Maybe all 64's built up to the last day of 63?????

                Hi Harry,

I consider the people entring the data on their car to be the owner of their data and therefor I'm not changing the contents of their entry (unless it is abusive or to commercially flavoured)...

                greetings,
                Rob.

Rob...let me first say that I really appreciate what you're doing, but when I click on the C2 registry I can't read the small directory at the top and side. I'm sure that is unique to my system ( MSNTV ) so there is probably no fix. I'm pretty much computer STUPID but if there is some other way, I'd like to know. Regards Frank
