Purchased grill moulding which had defects in chrome and she refused a return and replacement. Stated she was going out of business.

Richard, had similar problems with her in the past 6 months. She told me also that she was going out of the parts biz. Really too bad. C1 parts are getting hard to find!

She just stiffed me for a $140 C1 hood release that broke on the first pull. She told me anything after 30 days was non returnable, and did it with an attitude.

New her new her father ,so she's going out of the C1 game! Many people are because repro's are taking over!! Many people wont pretty parts not dirty original parts they need to clean or waste time looking for them.

I spoke with Mary two days ago and she said she is NOT going out of business. In fact she said it would take 100 years to get rid of the inventory she now has. She did tell a few customers that she was going out of business because she no longer wanted them as customers. She indicated that some customers were trying to return items that were purchased elsewhere and she no longer wanted to deal with them. I have never had a problem returning items to her but have had several sent to me that were wrong and had to be returned. When I order parts from Mary it's because she will mail them out the same day and I don't have to give Corvette Central a week just to process the order. She also seems to have odd ball items I cannot find in other catalogs. All in all she gets about 10% of my business but she does fill an important nich in the restoration field.

I have never had a problem returning items to her but have had several sent to me that were wrong and had to be returned. This has been my experience as well and I agree she is fills an important niche.

I just got $500 worth of parts from Mary Jo. Sent her a check this time instead of credit card, my check and her order passed in the mail. She sent my parts before she could have possibly cashed my check. All my orders have been sent super fast unless she is back ordered. Then she sends the partial and lets me know. Being on the west coast, her items get to me in 2-3 days without expensive shipping upgrades.

I have dealt with Mary Jo and her dad for 20 + years.
